Planning Applications

New Planning Applications will be considered in the next Wembury Parish Council Meeting. Wembury Parish Council is consulted on planning applications but does not make the final decision -that is done by South Hams District Council. All applications must be considered on a case by case basis and any objections based on Material Planning Considerations. For an explanation of what these can consist of, please see the link below:

Neighbourhood Plan

The Neighbourhood Plan Committee is currently looking at the results from the survey  that was done several years ago and combined with several consultation will use them as a guide to write proposed policies. Please see the minutes of the Neighbourhood Plan Commitee for more information.

Once the proposed policies have been written they will presenting them to the community. If you’d like to get involved do contact us and we will be in touch.

Self Help Emergency Plan V8

The Plan V8 is the latest plan available. Councillors are currently working to update the plan. If you would like to be involved please get in contact.
